What's the minimum rental length?
Two months. You can request any whole number of months from 2 to 24.
How do the duration discounts work?
A rental of 6–11 months gets 10% off the monthly rate; 12–24 months gets 15% off. They don't stack. Every car's quote shows the monthly rate, total and savings for your exact committed duration.
Is insurance included?
No. You add the car to your own policy as a leased vehicle with suitable full coverage, and CARNINA approves it before handover. Check with your insurer that your policy can cover this.
Can I rent if I'm under 25?
Drivers 18 and over may qualify with a valid license and suitable full coverage. There's no young-driver surcharge.
Do you accept international licenses?
Yes, subject to CARNINA confirming your documentation.
What's included?
Routine maintenance and registration.
Is there a deposit? What about mileage?
Deposit, taxes, fees and mileage allowance are confirmed in your individual quote. We don't publish figures until CARNINA confirms them.
Do you deliver the car?
No. Cars are collected in Palo Alto; the exact spot is shared after confirmation.
Does sending a request reserve the car?
No. A request isn't a booking and no payment is taken. We'll follow up to confirm availability and next steps.
What does "Expected January 2027" mean?
The car is listed for that month, but the exact day isn't known yet. It's confirmed with you directly.
Can I take the car out of state or abroad?
Travel outside the US isn't allowed. Ask about specific trips within the US when you request.
Can I smoke in the car?
No. All cars are non-smoking.
